My family has been to many dentist through the years but none better than this group. Everyone from front desk to the doctors are wonderful. Everyone are so nice and They have worked with us in every way possible. I cannot say enough how pleased we are. I would highly recommend Southern Shores.

A fantastic experience. In fact the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist. That’s says a lot from someone who hates going to a dentist. I really felt welcomed and valued. I can’t thank the staff enough for seeing me for an emergency visit in such a short notice. This dental office made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. The staff, from the friendly and helpful receptionist, to meeting the technician who made me feel extra comfortable, and finally seeing Dr. Cleary who was so ever gentle… I can’t wait to come here for my regular visits. I had a small fish bone stuck between my top right farthest rear crown and gum. The hygienist promptly removed it for me, after I stopped by on spur of the moment. It was great relief and I cannot thank you enough.

I love Dr Smith and the hygienist at this office! They always treat me so well. From as soon as I walk in the door, I’m always greeted by name. I’m so glad that an old co worker of mine named Carter Harmon told me about them. I told him I was looking for a dentist and he recommended southern shores. I still remember when he called the office and gave them my information. They reached out to me the same day to set me up an appointment. I’m so grateful for that. Southern shores has exceeded my expectations and always continues to do this! I’m grateful also for Their receptionists because they are wonderful people who are understanding and explain all of My questions and are so patient. Shout out to Joci and Taylor! Also my hygienist Ms Crystal and Amy are a pleasure! I wanted to bring my mom here as well , I knew she would love you guys but she has an out of state insure and this practice isn’t in her network but they treated her so nice the day we came in with questions. Love you all!

Very positive and friendly first visit. Took the time to get to know me as a person before getting into exam. Walked me through everything and ensured they would help me through my choices of care. It was raining when I left and they gave me a umbrella. Best dentist visit I have ever had!!!!

Your office is managed well with a very professional attitude from the staff. It is the best dentist office to work with and I would recommend it to anyone. Dr. Hartley is an exceptionally good dentist with a good bed side manor.

Your office is always clean and neat. Your staff is friendly and always professional. The temperature is set to “comfortable” which I really appreciate. No loud noises or constant music…… I also appreciate! Crystal, my hygienist is so kind and thoughtful and gentle on my mouth when she is cleaning so I am pleased. Dr. Cleary was extremely thoughtful of my wishes about the chip in my tooth. He considered my opinion and he did an excellent job. A-plus to you at Southern Shores!!

I suffer from dental anxiety. I cannot recommend this office enough. The entire staff is professional, welcoming , and truly surpass expectations. Dr. Hartley is compassionate and is the only dentist who can make me laugh when I want to break down and cry. Every experience I have here is a great one. I am so appreciative of everyone at this office. The front desk, the hygienists, the assistants and the dentists all make me feel at ease and replace my nerves with laughs.
